    Randolph County – State Police Detectives at the Pendleton District are requesting the public’s help in locating a subject wanted on felony warrants and who is a person of interest in a death investigation. Around 1 p.m. Saturday, November 3rd, the Winchester Police Department requested the Indiana State Police to conduct a death investigation in their city at a home located at 505 W. South St.
