Tesla has announced that it may purchase some or all of the factories that General Motors plans to shut down in North America despite its financial problems. But free-market advocates are warning that it could be a bad idea for the government to provide incentives for Tesla to do this.

Around 1 p.m. Saturday, November 3rd, the Winchester Police Department requested the Indiana State Police to conduct a death investigation in their city at a home located at 505 W. South St.
